Dundee's zoning lets an RV or towable trailer be stored in a residential district in the side yard behind the front building line, with a 5-foot side setback, and it allows no more than two units outside a garage. If the side or rear yard cannot be reached, one unit may use the driveway with a 10-foot setback from the public sidewalk.

A semi-tractor, flat-bed truck, dump truck, stake truck, wrecker, or utility trailer does not count as an accessory vehicle at a single-family home. An allowed accessory vehicle must also meet limits such as 11,000 pounds gross or less, 7 feet tall or less, and no more than four rear wheels.
The village's zoning sets a noise limit of 60 decibels at the property line, unless street traffic noise is louder, in which case the noise may equal but not exceed traffic levels.
Truck or railroad terminals, including truck storage facilities, are a special land use in the lighter industrial district and permitted in the heavier one, which the ordinance says is for operations requiring truck or railroad access. Projects there need Planning Commission site-plan approval.
